The 2026 edition targets more than 300 participants across two cohorts, with applications for the second cohort opening in September, as Samsung Electronics Saudi Arabia and the Mohammed bin Salman Foundation “Misk” mark the seventh year of their partnership through Misk Skills, one of the Foundation’s tracks.

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia, XX 2026 — Samsung Electronics Saudi Arabia, in partnership with the Mohammed bin Salman Foundation “Misk” through Misk Skills, one of the Foundation’s tracks, is expanding the 2026 edition of Samsung Innovation Campus in the Kingdom. The program combines learning in artificial intelligence and machine learning with project-based application and a career-readiness track that helps participants present their capabilities and understand their next professional step. The 2026 edition aims to reach more than 300 participants across two cohorts.

The 2026 edition follows a deliberate progression, beginning with foundational knowledge before moving into practice and helping participants communicate what they have learned. This structure allows young people to understand concepts in a practical context, connect knowledge with the ability to present it clearly, and see a distinct purpose in each stage of the learning journey.

The technical track covers mathematical foundations, data processing, machine learning, deep learning and large language model engineering. It includes practical exercises and a final project in which participants apply their learning to a real-world problem. The second cohort will be delivered remotely in English.

Roy Chang, President of Samsung Electronics Saudi Arabia, said: “Mastering technology begins with understanding the concept and takes shape in a project, where participants test their solutions and explain why they chose a particular technical approach. The value of the project lies in developing the kind of technical thinking that can explain a decision and connect a solution to a practical problem.”

The 2026 edition also provides guidance on technical skills and project development, alongside the Career Essentials track, which offers career guidance and supports profile development and interpersonal skills. Together, these components help participants prepare for opportunities in AI and technology. They form part of the seventh year of the partnership between Samsung Electronics Saudi Arabia and the Mohammed bin Salman Foundation “Misk” through Misk Skills.

Eng. Mohammed Al-Adaili, Programs Project Manager at Misk Skills, said: “Skills alone are not enough. Young people also need to know how to present their capabilities and experience in their CVs, and how to choose a career path that matches their ambitions and potential. This is where career guidance matters: it helps them present themselves with clarity and confidence, and take considered steps towards their professional future.”

According to program data, the number of graduates rose from 59 in 2020 to 200 in 2025, bringing the cumulative total to more than 500 graduates across seven cohorts in the Kingdom by the end of 2025. Applications exceeded 1,000 in several years. Participants who complete all mandatory program requirements receive a joint certificate from Samsung Electronics Saudi Arabia and the Mohammed bin Salman Foundation “Misk”. If the 2026 target is met and participants complete those requirements, the cumulative number of graduates is expected to exceed 800 by year-end.

Samsung Innovation Campus also received five Stevie® Awards for the Middle East and North Africa in 2026, three Gold and two Silver, in recognition of its innovation in corporate social responsibility and community impact, its public-private collaboration model and its role in developing youth skills.

Plans for the 2026 edition include the Saudi Leadership Council’s first participation, through dialogue and mentoring sessions in which Saudi leaders will share lessons from their career journeys. The sessions are designed to bring participants closer to the practical decisions involved in moving from learning into the workplace.

Applications for the second cohort will be open to Saudi men and women aged 18 to 34 from 1 to 23 September 2026 through the Misk Hub platform, where eligibility criteria and program details are available. The program will run remotely in English from 4 October to 5 December 2026. Updates on Samsung Innovation Campus and future opportunities will also be shared through Samsung Electronics Saudi Arabia and Misk Skills channels.
