Strategic collaboration combines Magna's
global AI transformation capabilities with MBUZZ infrastructure integration and
delivery across the Middle East and Africa to accelerate enterprise AI adoption
03 September 2026, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia: Magna AI, Inc., the global integrated-value-chain sovereign AI
transformation leader established through a partnership between Trend Micro and
Wistron Digital Technology Holding Company (WDH), powered by NVIDIA, today
announced partnership with MBUZZ, a Saudi-headquartered ICT infrastructure and
integration company. Together, the companies will deliver AI infrastructure and
transformation services to enterprises across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.
The collaboration combines Magna AI's AI
enablement and enterprise transformation capabilities with MBUZZ's
infrastructure integration across compute, storage, networking, and
high-performance computing. Together, the companies aim to give organizations the
technology foundations and transformation services required to move AI from
experimentation into production. It will also help businesses across the region
design and adopt AI infrastructure, secure AI platforms, and sector-specific
applications, supported by AI security, secure operations, and skills
development programs.
The partnership comes at a time as enterprise
AI investment accelerates across the Middle East and Africa. According to IDC
the Middle East and Africa are now the fastest-growing region in the world for
AI infrastructure investment, as governments and enterprises move AI from
experimentation into production. For enterprises, the question is shifting from
whether to invest in AI toward how to embed it into the business and generate
measurable value.
As that shift gathers pace, enterprise AI
requirements are extending well beyond access to models or compute. Moving AI
into production requires organizations to align infrastructure, data,
platforms, security, governance and operating models around business outcomes.
Magna AI and MBUZZ intend to support organizations across the full lifecycle,
from AI readiness assessments and transformation roadmaps to infrastructure
design and integration, data and platform enablement, and the execution of
large-scale AI programs.
For enterprises building more demanding AI
environments, the companies will also collaborate on AI Data Center and AI
Factory capabilities that bring together compute, storage, networking, data
pipelines, model pipelines and AI operations. These environments are designed
to support a growing range of enterprise AI workloads, including large-scale
model training and fine-tuning, inference and agentic AI applications, while
meeting requirements around security, governance, resilience and regulatory
compliance.
"Enterprise AI is entering a very
different phase, one defined less by how organizations access AI and more by
how they operationalize, integrate it into the business, and scale it
responsibly," said Dr. Moataz BinAli, Chief Executive Officer, Magna AI.
"Infrastructure is fundamental to that journey, and by combining MBUZZ's
infrastructure and integration capabilities with Magna AI's full-stack AI and
transformation expertise, we can help companies across the Middle East and
Africa move from AI ambition to sustained business impact."
With a presence spanning Saudi Arabia, the
UAE, and Morocco, MBUZZ brings an established footprint across the Middle East
and Africa to the collaboration. Combined with Magna AI’s integrated AI
capabilities, this regional reach positions the companies to engage enterprises
as they strengthen their foundations, scale AI adoption and build the
capabilities to compete in increasingly digital and AI-driven markets.
"Our customers want AI that works within
the realities of their business, which means infrastructure, integration, and
transformation delivered together and supported locally," said Mr. Fawwaz
Alshammari, Managing Director, MBUZZ. "By combining our regional footprint
and integration expertise with Magna AI's AI capabilities, we can help
enterprises across the Middle East and Africa move from ambition to production
and build for their next phase of growth."
